Marina Nusantara jurusan Surabaya-Banjarmasin, Senin (26/9) pagi,
terbakar di Sungai Barito, Kalimantan Selatan. Tiga penumpang tewas dan
ratusan lainnya terluka dalam insiden itu.
Sebelum terbakar, kapal yang mengangkut 500 penumpang itu bertabrakan
dengan kapal tongkang pengangkut batubara. Akibatnya, bagian depan kapal
rusak. Sesaat kemudian, kapal terbakar dan membuat penumpang panik.
Sekitar enam jam lamanya, kapal terbakar. Faktor cuaca, kian menghambat
pemadaman api di kapal tersebut. Baru sekitar pukul 13.00 WIB, petugas
pemadam kebakaran berhasil memadamkan api. Setelah itu, tim Search and
Rescue (SAR) dan pemadam kebakaran menarik kapal ke tepi Sungai Barito.
Sementara itu, sebagian besar penumpang sempat terjun ke sungai untuk
menyelamatkan diri. Mereka akhirnya berhasil diselamatkan sejumlah kapal
yang melintas di sekitar sungai. Akibatnya, sejumlah penumpang yang
selamat mengalami shock dan trauma. Bahkan, ada penumpang selamat yang
histeris dan tidak sadarkan diri.
Sementara, tiga korban tewas dan 103 korban terluka, langsung dilarikan
ke Rumah Sakit Soeharsono dan Rumah Sakit Suaka Insan, Banjarmasin.
Sejauh ini, polisi masih menyelidiki penyebab kecelakaan kapal. Polisi
juga telah menahan Nahkoda KM Marina Nusantara Suyatman dan Nahkoda
Tugboat Bomas Segera, Kristimas Beny.(****)

Donita Sempat Masuk UGD Akibat Syuting & Kuliah
Artis cantik Donita mengaku kesulitan membagi waktu antara syuting dan kuliah. Saking sibuknya menjalani dua aktivitas tersebut, mantan kekasih Randy Pangalila
itu sampai sempat dirawat di Rumah Sakit. “Aku sempat masuk UGD. Aku
kan, pulang syuting pukul 4 pagi, pukul 7 ke kampus. Aku cuma istirahat
satu jam. Aku sempet masuk rumah sakit, suara aku hilang. Sampai parah
suaranya, ngomong ‘apa’ saja susah. Ya, alhamdulillah sekarang sudah
bisa kembali,” ungkap Donita. Meski sering kesulitan membagi waktu,
namun sejauh ini ia bisa mengatasinya. Bahkan, pemilik nama asli Noni
Annisa Ramadhani ini mengaku bisa menyelesaikan kuliahnya 3,5 tahun
saja. “Umur saya 22 tahun, saya belajar dari duit saya sendiri. Target
3,5 tahun selesai, kemungkinan bisa. Seru banget kuliah, gila yah, aku
ketemu sama teman-teman di bawah aku. Belajar dengan buku-buku lagi,”
tuturnya.
