| Job description: | - Configure and maintain routers and switches to provide converged, reliable and resilient voice and data networks - Create documentation report and regularly update network-related equipment configurations - Provide recommendations for improvements to process and solution - Communicate with users to ensure they are aware of status, installation dates, completion dates etc. - Communicate with other teams to ensure all actions are completed in a timely manner - Work with project managers to ensure timely delivery of the various network-related project phases - Attend meetings with users and/or vendors to facilitate design approvals and other project-related network matters |
